NMSA Cricket Coaching under the aegis
of Lalchand Rajput Cricket Academy at Navi Mumbai Sports Association
Navi Mumbai Sports Association, Vashi, Navi Mumbai starting Cricket
Coaching under the aegis of Lalchand Rajput Cricket Academy from 4th
November 2008 onwards. Inauguration of coaching will be at 5:00 p.m.
on Sunday, 2nd November 2008 on the NMSA ground. It will be followed
by the Press Conference at the Hall of Club House. Coaching will be
from 4th November 2008 to 31st March 2009.
Coaching emphasis on quality & not quantity, systematic coaching
programme which will be given to players both technically as well as
proper training methods. Coaches will be strictly qualified coaches –
level 1, minimum qualification, fortnightly interaction with parents
to give them the feed back, arrangements of matches so that players
will get exposure to match situation, specialized coaches with
national cricket academy will visit the academy – like Dr. Kinjal
Suratwalla – Specialist in sports medicine and psychology. Players
will be exposed to video analysis so that they can watch themselves
and learn faster.
NMSA will be providing free gymnasium and swimming facilities to the
players. Long term planning hence the academy will be for 5 years.

Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Administrative Office between 11.00 a.m. to 5:00

Navi Mumbai Sports Association
has started Student Membership from 1st June 2008. It will be from
June to March. It is for the age group of 8 years to 25 years. The
student has to produce Bonafide Certificate of the school / college of
Navi Mumbai area. For physical fitness Doctor’s certificate is to be
produced. The fees are as follow:-
