Subject:-Decision of Special General Body Meeting Dated 27/6/2010
              regarding membership to the member's children.

The Managing Committee is extremely pleased to implement the proposal of Hon.President Shri. Ganeshji Naik at Special General Body Meeting Held on 27/6/2010 & approved by Special General Body Members regarding membership to the member's children.Following decision was taken for the amendment of the bylaws.

a) The One time entrance membership fee shall be 30% of the prevailing
   Life/General Membership fee at the time of application. the member can
   opt for anyone.

b) The membership shall be called Associate Life/Associate General Membership in
   case of Life/General Membership respectively.

c)The main member should be member of NMSA for continuous period of 5 years at
   the time of appliying for membership.

d)The membership to the child can be given only after attaining age of 21 years but
   before completing 25 years.

e)The Associate Life Member will require to pay maintenance charges as decided by
   Managing Committee for time to time plus govt. taxes as applicable.

f)The Associate General Member will require to pay maintanance fees besides annual
   subscription plus govt. taxes as applicable.

      It is further informed that during the meeting Hon.President Has announced a special scheme for relaxation of the age limit as per demand of the members.Accordingly the members can avail this benifit & take the membership to their children irrespective of age of their children within three months.The Special Scheme will be available till 31 October 2010.

        * Identity Proof:PAN,Passport Copy.
        * Residential Proof:Electricity,Water,Telephone Bills,Ration Card copy.
        * 2 I-Card Size photographs(with red background)
        * Cheque of Rs.36,675/- for Associate General Membership &
            Rs.83,001/- for Associae Life Membership.

NOTE:-For information of members:

The prevailing rate for Life Membership is Rs. 2.5 Lac plus Service Tax & of General Membership Rs. 1 Lac plus Service Tax.
The amount payable for Associate Life Membership is Rs.83,156/- for Associate General Membership is Rs.36,830/-.
the cheque should be in drawn in favor of Navi Mumbai Sports Association.
